The best service, the best facilities, rooms, food and more. It maybe sounds as an add but it is really the best hotel I've have visit.

I have stayed in many 5* hotels, many beautiful rooms, great service, etc., but I have never experienced service at such high level before.

I fell in love in that place. Great location. room are very big and spacious. The staff are friendly. The executive cheff Joro Ivanov is wonderful person. The food is delicious. I recommend this hotel.

Firstly I must state that this hotel is in the perfect central location. Having stayed in Sofia a few years ago I never even new this or the surrounding area even existed, so it was a pleasant surprise all round.
