Reservations

Is there a best rate guarantee?

Yes. If you find a lower rate online for the same stay conditions, we will match it.

What if I need to change a booking made through a third-party website?

If you booked via a site like Booking.com, please contact them directly to make any changes to your reservation.

Is there a minimum age to reserve a room?

The minimum age requirement to reserve a room is 18 years old.

Arrival and Check-in

What time is check-in?

Standard check-in starts at 14:00h (2:00 pm).

Can I enter my room before the standard check-in time?

Early check-in is available starting from 09:00h for a fee of 10€ (19.56 BGN) per hour for each hour before 14:00h. If you arrive early and do not wish to use this service or your room is not yet ready, the Front Office will happily store your luggage for you.

What documents are required for check-in?

All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID or passport.

Is a security deposit required?

Yes, a guarantee of €50 (97.79 BGN) per room for incidentals is required at check-in via cash or credit card pre-authorization.

During Your Stay

Where and when is breakfast served?

Breakfast is served at the Shades of Red Restaurant on the Ground Floor. It is available Monday through Friday from 07:00h to 10:00h, and Saturday through Sunday from 07:00h to 10:30h.

Is room service available?

Yes, room service is available daily from 07:00h to 23:00h. The menu is viewable on your in-room TV.

What wellness and fitness facilities are available?

Our Health Centre includes up-to-date fitness equipment, a sauna, steam bath, Jacuzzi, infrared cabin, and solarium.

Does the hotel have a pool or gym?

The hotel does not have a swimming pool. A complimentary gym for hotel guests is located on Floor B2.

Is Wi-Fi available?

Yes, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel and in all guest rooms.

Can I get an iron and ironing board?

Irons and boards are not kept in guest rooms, but the Front Office can deliver one to your room upon request.

What is the pet policy?

Small and medium breeds up to 10 kg are welcome with 24-hour notice. Fees are €50 (97.79 BGN) for stays up to 7 days and €90 (176.02 BGN) for stays of 8–30 days. Pets must be leashed or crated and are restricted from the SPA, conference rooms, and dining outlets unless they are service animals.

Is smoking allowed?

All indoor areas are 100% non-smoking. A fee of €100 (195.58 BGN) per day applies to violations. Designated smoking areas are available outside.

Can I cook in my room?

No, cooking appliances and open flames are strictly prohibited. Violations incur a minimum fee of €200 (391.17 BGN).

What are the rules regarding visitors and parties?

Visitors are permitted in your room until 22:00h; after this time, they must register at Reception with a valid ID. We have a zero-tolerance policy for in-room parties and observe "Quiet Time" from 22:00h to 06:00h.

Where should I keep my valuables?

Please use the in-room safe. The hotel is not responsible for valuables not secured in the safe.

What are the photography and filming rules?

Personal, non-commercial photography is allowed if it respects other guests' privacy. Commercial or professional photography requires prior written consent from the Marketing Manager ().

Do you offer parking?

Indoor and street self-park and valet services are available. Hourly rates apply, though guests enjoy preferential rates. Guests who book directly through our website receive free parking.

What time is check-out?

Check-out is at 12:00h (noon).

Can I request a late check-out?

Late check-outs are subject to availability and an additional surcharge; please contact the Front Office to check for your stay.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash. All payments are processed in the official currency Euro.

How do I receive an invoice for my stay?

Please provide your billing details to the Reception team in advance or during your payment process.

Can I store my luggage after checking out?

Yes, we offer storage for up to 30 days for guests with confirmed reservations.

After your stay

What if I left an item at the hotel?

Lost items are stored for 6 months. Please contact us immediately if you believe you left something behind.

Who should I contact for special corporate rates?

I have lost my invoice. Can I get a copy?
