Chef Pravchanova has worked for more than 15 years for chains such as Radisson and Accor Hotels. She passed several courses and professional qualifications in the Business School of Rezidor Hotel Group. Chef Pravchanova is currently a member of the board of Euro-Toques Bulgaria – the Bulgarian representation of the leading European chefs association.
