We are looking for an energetic, friendly Sales Executive to join our Sales Team.
The position's responsibilities include overseeing activities that attract customers and selling hotel services to generate revenue for the hotel.
* Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients that bring in the most income for the company.
* Negotiating contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment of each client's long-term goals.
* Conduct price negotiations with customers on behalf of the hotel management to reach a favorable bargain for both parties
* Developing a thorough understanding of client's needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions.
* Assist clients in selecting the most appropriate service that best meets their specifications and needs
* Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.
* Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders.
* Strong organization and administration skills
* Effective team player with a positive attitude
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
* Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
* Confident telephone manner
* Demonstrated previous 5-star experience working in a sales environment
* OPERA PMS knowledge is a plus
