Fresh vegetables on a Parmesan layer with spring flowers

Mushroom cream gratinated with Gruyere cheese and puff pastry

Roasted veal sirloin served with Demi-glace sauce and vegetables

Dessert

Pancake Normandy with apples and pears served with crème Anglàise
