Chef Joro Ivanov presented the fish and seafood specialties included the summer menu for the season: Melon gazpacho with prosciutto and fresh asparagus Mussels in white wine and vegetables Grilled king prawns in ginger and lemon served with fresh salad Grilled sea bream served with asparagus ragout and for dessert – Tender strawberry-raspberry crème flavored with fresh spearmint and ginger on a meringue - a special sweet from the Spring – Summer Collection of Grand Café. During the summer time, the restaurant menu will be supplemented with great variety of fish and seafood, as well as with Chef’s special offers. At the dinner was presented a new wine-cellar – Midalidare Estate, Village of Mogilovo for the first time. Mrs. Galina Niforou – enologist and marketing manager of Belvedere and Katarzyna Estate, presented two of the white wines of the wine-cellar – Midalidare Sauvignon Blanc and Eric Moro Sauvignon Blanc & Sémillon. Along with the dishes from the presented fish menu were selected three wines from Katarzyna Estate – the fresh and light Les Cailloux 2009 made from the wine sorts Viognier&Chardonnay, Le Rose Cabernet Franc, Malbec & Syrah 2009 – the most popular wine of the cellar for the summer, and Les Amandiers Chardonnay & Sauvignon Blanc 2009, the perfect combination of the Sauvignon freshness with the nobility of the barrel fermented in French oak Chardonnay. | |
